FLASH TUTORIALS

its already comprehensive client support system with interactive
Flash tutorials.
The new interactive tutorials will:
provide customers with intuitive and easy
to follow directions
significantly reduce the number of support
tickets for routine tasks
allow Active Server clients to actually see
how things are done, rather than trying to figure it out
from reading
show our clients that Active Server is constantly
looking for newer and better ways to enahance our support
