Acquisition Furthers Active Server's Drive to
Accelerate Scale, Profitability
01/08/2003 - Active Server, Inc., offering
professional hosting solutions run on rock-solid hardware
and the expert services to drive your company's online success,
at very competitive prices, today announced it has acquired
Miami, Florida-based Web hosting company NuWay. Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of NuWay demonstrates that Active
Server is continuing to build upon its market leadership and
scale economics by taking advantage of the current consolidation
environment in the Web hosting market. In addition, NuWay
should be accretive to Active Server's profitability objectives.
NuWay is a Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner
and this acquisition solidifies Active Server's leadership

space.
